Sending System Info

Issues can often be resolved more quickly by including details of your system configuration with your inquiry. To compose a message that includes your system configuration:

1. Launch the FxFactory application, located in the Applications folder
2. Select the “Contact Tech Support...” command under the “Help” menu:

Accessing the Documentation

Help on individual plug-ins can be accessed right inside the host application where the effect is being used. To view plug-in specific instructions:

1. Display the effect parameters
2. Click the banner image at the top of the parameters list:
