Need help finding your registration codes?

You can retrieve registration codes for all products purchased from our online store by following these instructions:

• Launch the FxFactory application, located in the Applications folder
• Select the Request Registration codes... command under the Help menu.

• When the request form appears, enter the email address that was used to place the order(s).
• Click the Request Registration Codes button to submit your request.

If you placed orders from multiple email addresses, repeat the above steps for each email address you may have used.

Shortly after submitting your request you'll receive an email at the address you provided, containing all the registration codes.

Contact Us via Email

Issues can often be resolved more quickly by including details of your system configuration with your inquiry. To compose a message that includes your system configuration:

• Launch the FxFactory application, located in the Applications folder
• Select the Contact Tech Support... command under the Help menu:

• The Contact Form window will appear. Enter as much detail as possible about the issue you are experiencing with our software.
• Leave the Attach my system profile to help identify any problems option enabled.
• Click the Send button to deliver your message to our staff.

If you do not have FxFactory installed, feel free to email us directly.

Accessing the Documentation

Help on individual plug-ins can be accessed right inside the host application where the effect is being used. To view plug-in specific instructions:

• Display the effect parameters
• Click the banner graphic at the top of the parameters list:

Different products will have different banner graphics, but the technique described above will allow you access documentation for any one of our products.

Help is also available by launching the FxFactory application (located in the Applications folder) and choosing the FxFactory Help command under the Help menu:
