Issues can often be resolved more quickly by including details of your system configuration with your inquiry. To compose a message that includes your system configuration:

• Launch the FxFactory application, located in the Applications folder
• Select the Contact Tech Support... command under the Help menu:

• The Contact Form window will appear. Describe any issues you are experiencing with our software in as much detail as possible.
• Leave the Attach my system profile to help identify any problems option enabled.
• Click the Send button to deliver your message to our staff.
