To set the general info and requirements for an FxPack using FxFactory Pro, open the FxPack editing window and click the "Info and Requirements" button in the window toolbar. The following sheet will appear:

By supplying a version number for the FxPack, you (and anyone you plan to share the FxPack with) can keep better track of its history and features.

The "Info URL" lets any FxFactory user who installs the FxPack reach a web page with additional information on the plug-ins simply by choosing the "Info" command in the plug-in management window. By default, users are simply sent to the FxFactory page on the Noise Industries website, but for your own plug-ins, you can enter an arbitrary web page address.

You may also supply version requirements under the "Minimum Requirements" section. FxFactory lets you tie a particular set of plug-ins to a specific version of the FxFactory software, Mac OS X system software and/or any supported FxPlug host.
FxFactory will warn users when installing plug-ins that do not meet these requirements on their systems.
