When a Font Popup Menu is selected in the parameters list, the following user interface is displayed:

The Default font popup menu lets you type (or select, via the drop-down arrow) the initial font that will be assigned to this parameter when the plug-in is first applied. Make sure that the default font used by your plug-in is one that is guaranteed to be available on all systems (e.g. Helvetica, Lucida Grande).

FxFactory 2 introduced a better font chooser UI. This new style is strongly recommended over the parameter UI displayed by plug-in created with FxFactory 1.x. If, for compatibility reasons, you must still display the old parameter style, enable the Use legacy font selector option.

If you are upgrading old plug-ins to use the new font selector, please remember to assign a new plug-in ID order to avoid compatibility problems.
